Our chanteymen perform at living history events, music festivals, private parties and many other settings. Open Chantey Sings The Chanteymen host monthly public chantey sings in the Washington D.C. area. All are invited to join in the chorus or even lead a chantey or two! On the first Tuesday of the month from 8 to 10 p.m., join us at the American Legion Post 268, 11225 Fern Street in Wheaton, MD. This is one block south of University Boulevard (MD Route 193) and one block east of Georgia Avenue (MD Route 97). It is about one block from the Wheaton Metro Station (Red Line).. On the second Wednesday of the month from 8 to 10 p.m., join us at the Wharf Rat, 801 S.
